And if even more support is desired once you’re in the Maintain stage, simply switch the water cushion with the resilient foam Cervical insert, to help maintain the natural position of Core’s head and neck and to ensure continued good health.

Care instructions

1. Soak in lukewarm water using mild detergent (and bleach, if desired).
2. Continue to press or flush water through until clean.
3. Rinse in clear water removing detergent and soil.
4. Press out excess water.
5. Machine dry at medium heat with three tennis balls or a soft pair of shoes to fluff.
   
   

1. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
2. Air dry.
3. Periodically rinse with bleach water to maintain maximum freshness.
